Blinds To Go

I walked into the Old Country Road branch and was greeted by Juan. He provided expert advice and guidance for my purchase. He was friendly and professional throughout the sale. The man who took measurements in my home came on time and was great. The installer also came on time and could not have been better. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, quality and expertise of all involved. I cannot recommend them higher.

We needed blinds for our home and Blinds to Go was the place to, go :) As we were browsing, we were greeted and asked if we needed help. Great start, no pushing. We even chatted about how dangerous Old Country Road is! Measurements and installation should happen this week, which is fantastic. I thought I had to place a date much much later. Nope. Installation was done. Easy and although one of the blinds came waroed, the installer told us to call and it would be replaced free of charge. Done. Love our new blinds. Just need shades now.

A 5 star ⭐️ experience from walking through the Blinds to Go Carle Place location in NY, to the final installation yesterday. Mathew guided me through my options and explained the process from soup to nuts when placing my order. Side bar they don’t take orders over the phone so go when you are ready to submit your order. All their blinds are customer made to your specifications and delivered in 2-3 weeks from their factory. I received emails and text alerts throughout the process keeping me informed (which I loved). No guessing about where you are in the process. I used their independent contractor to do the installation (huge shout to Mike). Worth every penny. He set the appropriate expectations around exactly when he would arrive so I wasn’t wasting the whole day with the typical 5-8 hour window wait time. Mike was punctual and the consummate professional. He completed the job in about 15-20 minutes with clean up and all trash removed. (Side bar $5 bucks each to remove old blinds so take care of that yourself). He even gave me some great tips around future installations and measured my window for the curtains I needed to make the living room upgrade complete. What a gem! Thanks Mike. The best part was I caught the sale with buy 1 Blind & get the second half off. I shopped around at Hone Depot, Lowes, Benjamin Moore Hardware before pulling the trigger and have zero regrets! Thanks for a great first time experience and my entire family loves the finished product. I felt like a valued customer and am beyond happy with the entire process! Ben Wolff, the Design Consultant did an amazing job helping me pick out the color of my shades! Im so pleased at how the colors of my home and the shades compliment each other! I received a call when my order was complete from staff member, Zorhra. She explained the next step which was the installation and answered all my questions. The blinds to go location in Carle Place was a very positive experience! Our design consultant Jerry Jean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help us find the best look for our home! Our installer Alton was in and out so quickly after installing 37 windows I was truly amazed at his professionalism and speed. Thank you for making our home a home again!! :)))
